When you order these items, they are created just for you and cannot be exchanged or returned. If you have questions regarding sizes, please contact EmbroidMe at 585-427-9440.

Orders typically take 2 weeks to produce and will be shipped to the address that you supply via US Mail.  The applicable shipping charges will be added to the credit card that you provide.  If you are located in Rochester, NY and prefer to pick up your order at our store, please indicate this in the notes section of the order form when you check out.

Size upcharges, optional personalizations, applicable sales tax and shipping charges are manually added to your order and charged at the time of order placement.
